By accessing meraki.so or using any Meraki service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and acknowledge and consent to our use of strictly-necessary cookies and similar technologies. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.
You are liable for all activities under your account.
Meraki grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. All software, trademarks, logos and content not uploaded by you remain Meraki's property or that of its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). You grant Meraki a worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to host, display and process your content to operate the Service. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and that the content does not infringe any law or third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Meraki may suspend or terminate the Service (with pro-rata refunds for prepaid periods) if you materially breach these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meraki's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid Meraki in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Meraki.so LLC and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. Before litigating, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days of written notice.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and notifying you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
